Day 25 of the bulk started with a strong Back & Biceps session. The focus was on heavy pulls, underhand work to really stretch and contract the lats, and pump-focused biceps movements to chase that sleeve-filling burn. The strength was there, the pump was there… but sometimes a session carries more than just the weight on the bar.
