Massive Tide Foraging for Scallops, Oysters, Seaweed – Forage and Cook

In this video, I take advantage of some very big tides to do some Coastal Foraging for fantastic free food, King Scallops, Pacific Oysters, Native Oysters, and Edible Seaweed. Back home, I prepare the Scallops by opening them and extracting the edible meat and shucking (opening) the Oysters. I cook the Scallops with a great Scallop recipe, and serve with some of the edible seaweed, and prepare and cook the Oysters.
