Tesla BM550 Oscilloscope Repair, Intermittent Fault

Got an old Tesla oscilloscope BM550 for repair. It is in fact is in a very good shape (almost zero run hours, no dust or dirt), apart from the intermittent fault, that is somewhere within the horizontal axis board - I think the signal relay there is definitely a culprit - at least one of them.
