Cape Wrath Ultra - Lessons Learned
Having recently completed the 8 Day, 400km, Cape Wrath Ultra in 3rd position, and before moving on to my next adventure, here is some advice I would like to offer to anyone considering putting The Cape Wrath on their race calendar....which by the way I would highly recommend.
