PAW 40 bench running

Bench running my PAW 40TBR which I purchased about 10 years ago. I had about an hour of bench running (10 years ago) on this engine when I tore it down to 'decoke' it. I started construction of a 'Freebird 40' (Tony Eiflaender's design) about the time I purchased the engine. I may resume this project later this year.
The fuel mix (Coopers) may not be optimal for this engine. I will mix some at different percentages and do additional engine runs. I am using the small venturi (~.240" dia.). The PAW 40 was tested by Derrick Pickard in the Mar/Apr 1995 issue of 'Stunt News'. At the time, Derrick used the larger dia. venturi (.280") which resulted in 9200rpm on the ground with a 12x6 Bolly prop.
