In today’s video, I am sharing the complete breakdown of a perfect 1 kg 2-tier cake with exact sponge weight, final tier weight, and tips to balance your cake perfectly 💕

📌 Cake Tin Used
✔️ 6 inch
✔️ 4 inch

✨ Vanilla Sponge Recipe
Cup size – 240 ml

• Premix – 2¼ cup
• Water – 1⅓ cup
• Oil – 3 tbsp

Divide the batter into both tins and bake perfectly 🎂

📏 Sponge Weight After Baking
• Small Tin – 131 gm
• Large Tin – 375 gm

➡️ Total Sponge Weight – Approx. 507 gm
