Jimmy is down in the dumps. He’s bored at his job at the Regina Tourism Bureau because no tourists ever come through. The kids are getting on his nerves, especially Theresa, who’s demanding money to buy totally frivolous items – like a toy cashmere dog! Jimmy and Cookie tell Theresa to get a job is she wants spending money.

Good old Uncle Cheech decides to cheer Jimmy up by taking him to a strip joint. Unfortunately, goody-good Regina doesn’t have any strip joints. Then Jimmy gets an idea – why not open a strip joint of their own? Unfortunately, they’ll have to clear it with their handler Special RCMP McCool, who’s bound to put the kybosh on the idea.

Meanwhile, Cookie can’t get Gina to cooperate. The girl won’t do her homework, eat her vegetables, or go to the dentist. Cookie realizes that if Petey does something, that Gina will do it as well. Cookie forces Petey to eat food he’s allergic to, and undergo a painful dental procedure just to get Gina to cooperate.

Surprisingly, McCool is fine with the idea of the boys opening a strip joint – as long as they follow all the legal guidelines (of which there are many). The boys find a spot, hire a manager and some strippers and open “The Horny Bastard”. The club is a huge success. On opening night, one of the new strippers takes to the stage. Jimmy is horrified when it turns out to be Theresa!

Backstage, Theresa argues that Jimmy told her to get a job, and this is the job she’s chosen. Jimmy winds up paying Theresa NOT to work at The Horny Bastard - an arrangement Theresa quickly uses to her benefit. After all, Jimmy can’t stop paying her, or she’ll start stripping again. Jimmy also can’t tell Cookie that her daughter’s been working at his club. So Jimmy is forced to pay his daughter a boatload of cash.

Stuck between a rock and a strip joint, Jimmy realizes there’s only one thing to do. He tells Theresa she can go ahead and work at the club. Then he and Cheech torch the joint, mob-style. McCool appears as the place burns to the ground and accuses Jimmy of insurance fraud. But Cheech reveals he forgot to buy any insurance…
