This is a review of a building that started to construct in Georgia at the coast of a Black Sea. The building company is in holding Real Palace Group and that is one of most cheapest and closest to the sea residences in Batumi for today.

I discussed with their sales person all details about this building, apartments there and there appeared a picture what kind of real estate and for what price it wil be.
Filming from the drone, helps to understan the location and closeness to the sea and airport. It was very difficult to film there, because the zone is with restrictions for flights.
