HI BBY! Sanne Vloet is one of my FAVORITE YouTubers and Victoria's Secret Models, so in today's what I eat in a day, I'm eating like Sanne Vloet for a day! As always, I'm including lots of easy and healthy recipes as well as realistic healthy meals and I hope you enjoy (I wrote the recipes down below). Trying the Victoria's Secret model diet for a day was so fun and it proves that you do NOT have to restrict any foods in order to feel your best!

Sanne Vloet Model Banana Bread:
575 Grams Ripe Bananas
4 eggs
1/2 cup of almond butter
4 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
I blended all the ingredients and baked in a muffin tin at 350 for 25 min, but if you bake it in a loaf pan, bake it for around 35-55 minutes until it's fully cooked.

Sanne's Tahini Sauce:
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Half a lime
I blended all the ingredients with a little bit of water!
