Core-Challenger Circuit…

Looking to level up your core training? This circuit will fire up your abs and help you build a rock-solid core to be proud of.

Grab a plate and give this AMRAP workout a go; aim for a minute of each exercise with no rest between exercises and a short rest between sets…

1️⃣ Weighted Sit-ups - Overloading your typical sit-ups with some weight to increase the intensity!
2️⃣ Weighted Dead Bugs - Challenge your core stability with this exercise!
3️⃣ Russian Twists - Targeting your obliques for a well-rounded finisher!

Add this to the end of your next workout and push yourself to see how many rounds you can get through (with good form of course!). Let us know how you get on!
