Microwave Christmas Sugar Cookie & Holiday Mug CAKES in 2 Minutes

In todays video I’m sharing 5 super quick and easy Christmas mug cake recipes that are perfect for relaxing on a cozy winter night. The recipes are below. :)

Sugar Cookie

For cookie:
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp Vanilla
---mix wet then add dry
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp sprinkles
---mix and microwave for 60 seconds

for icing:
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp milk
1 drop food coloring

Egg Nog tres leche

2 tbsp butter(melted)
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Combine wet
4 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
stir and microwave for 60 seconds

combine 2 tbsp evaporated milk, egg nog, and half&half and pour over cooked cake. top with whipped cream and a cherry

Candy cane Oreo cake

5 mint oreos(only 4 crushed)
1/4 cup half&half
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coco powder

Nutella Hot Cocoa

4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp hot coco mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
4 tbsp milk
2 tsp veg oil
2 tbsp nutella
1/4 tsp vanilla

combine and cook for 60 seconds
top with mini marshmallows and chocolate sauce

Gingerbread Biscoff cake whipped cream

4 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp milk
3 tbsp biscoff spread
1 tbsp veg oil

melt biscoff spread first then add the remaining ingredients. cook for 60 seconds. top with whipped cream and gingerbread man
