Panzerotti, Pizza Fritta and Zeppole Recipe (Google Glass #ThroughGlass) - OrsaraRecipes

Today I will be making three different recipes. The first one will be Panzerotti, then I will make Pizza Fritta, and last I will make Zeppole. The dough for this recipe is a simple pizza dough, and you can find my Pizza Dough recipe here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvFOQjEiI44

Panzerotti is the only recipe which requires a bit more ingredients. You'll need hot sausage, garlic, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, parmigiana cheese, and ricotta cheese. The remaining two recipes only require you to fry the dough in hot oil.
