My Eating Disorder Recovery

Recovering from an eating disorder, like any mental health issue, is hard. It's been 5 years and I never really found the courage to make this video. But today here I am, talking about it. Even though I know this is something that's going to stay with me and be somewhere inside my head probably forever, it can just be a faint thought and I can still have a wonderful time and not act on it.
