Do you get depressed in winter? Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is extremely common, and there is some compelling research to suggest that vitamin D might help. Vitamin D is fat-soluble so you do need to be careful not to overdo it. It’s always smart to get a blood test (25-hydroxy) and consider taking K2 as well to help manage calcium.
