Person stabbed along Blue Line light rail in Charlotte
An investigation is underway after a reported stabbing along the CATS Blue Line early Friday evening.
Medic confirmed it responded around 5 p.m. near the stop along North Brevard Street and East 25th Street. One person was being treated for serious injuries, according to the agency.
WCNC Charlotte reached out to CATS to see if the incident happened on a railcar or the platform. CATS directed questions to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, which WCNC has also reached out to for more information.
