Welcome to a workout designed to work your whole body in a slow burn way! Embrae the slow tempo and work on getting through the range of motion where you move the entire time. This workout is a circuit workout with light dumbbells that focuses on the intentional movement of your body. Use the 45 second work periods to move your body well and don't rush the movements!

WORKOUT FORMAT
• Warm Up
• 45 seconds of work
• 15 seconds rest
• 9 exercises
• Cool Down

Exercises:
Staggered RDLs
Lunge Curls
Lateral Lunges
Back Fly front to side
Eccentric Push up
Slow Bridge on Toes
Straight arm chest fly 
Sumo Squat curls
Backstroke sit ups
