Hurricane Ida: Storm's destructive path raises concerns about what lies ahead

A massive rescue and recovery operation is underway in the U.S. East Coast, after remnants of Hurricane Ida hammered the region with record rains and tornadoes.

The deadly deluge came so fast and unexpected, that many people died while trapped in their homes.
