022 - GREAT BEDWYN TO DEVIZES ON OUR NARROWBOAT AND OUR FIRST TUNNEL

We are pushing on towards Bristol, in a bid to get there by the end of the month so we can spend the whole of October travelling back to the Thames. We reach the peak of the Kennet and Avon canal and finally start descending. It's a fairly uneventful trip apart from one near miss with a hire boat (their fault not ours). We also get to travel through our first tunnel and conclude that we don't mind tunnels, although we may change our minds once we start doing longer ones.
