024A - DAYS 1&2 OF OUR MISSION TO GET TO BRISTOL ON OUR NARROWBOAT BEFORE THE END OF SEPTEMBER!

In order to be off the Kennet and Avon Canal by the end of October we set ourselves the task of getting to Bristol by the end of September. This will give us a whole month to get back up to the Thames at Reading.

This vlog was going to be three days from Sells Green to Saltford but the edit got so long we decided to split it into to two. This part is the two days from Sells Green to Claverton. It is a really peaceful quiet stretch of old canal, I highlight being the aqueduct at Avoncliff which will now forever be remembered as the water point where Jo got covered in water by the wayward hose.

We will upload part two of this vlog tomorrow so there is not long to wait.
