Scary crawl space but I have to go in to check for Termites.

Very rough and unsafe looking crawl space that must be crawled to check for termites. WDI report needs to be given to buyer. Real estate investors beware. I have done termite inspections professionally for over 20 years in North Carolina and this house was probably one of the top 5 worse crawl spaces I have ever seen. This was probably the first time I felt like if I sounded the wood the house might actually fall on me.
