Big Ol' Chipper Workout | Noah Ohlsen

Took a trip down to South Beach the other day to train with some friends and tackle this beast of a chipper. Grab a partner or take this on solo… Either way, you’ll have fun :) Let me know if you want more of these follow along workout videos!

120 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
100 Wall Balls 30#
80 Box Jump Overs 24”
60 Deadlift 185#
40 Pistols
20 Cals Assault Bike
