SpaceX Boca Chica: Starship SN16's Leg Skirt Spotted - SN10 Tests its Flaps

Sections for Starship SN16, the second upgraded prototype, were spotted at the Production Site. Parts include its sleeved aft dome and leg skirt. Meanwhile crews continue to prepare the Orbital Launch Site for launch operations.
