I must admit, I have a love affair with bread. It’s a huge weakness for me. Light & fluffy dinner rolls top the list of favorites for sure
I love the flakiness & butter parmesan flavor i get with these & these are sure a hit at any gathering
I love watching the yeast proof & seeing the dough rise & especially the kneading process. It’s all so soothing to my soul. So it’s no surprise that it is one of my most popular recipes😁

Ingredients:
To make the rolls:

1 cup whole milk(110°-115°)
2 tsp active dry yeast
4 tsp sugar(2 tsp for yeast)
1 lrg egg(room temp)
1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
1 tsp salt
2 tbs shredded parmesan cheese
3 cups AP flour

For bread rolls after:
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1 tbs parsley
1 tbs shredded parmesan cheese
Extra parmesan
