2 cups AP flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs room temp whisked
1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

For ganache:
2 cups chocolate chips
heavy whipping cream
