💖Exfoliating body washes: Yes theyre safe to be used 4-5 times a week or even everyday! Don’t give into random fear mongering. The % of actives is within a safe limit, body skin is far more resilient than face, it’s a wash off product- I don’t see why these can’t be used regularly! 🌸Hibiscus powder OR orange peel powder DIY: I learnt it from @blenditrawbeauty and first tried it during the lockdown. Orange peel powder has natural vitamin C while hibiscus powder has natural AHAs. Oh boy! Works wonders and is so affordable! Only avoid it if you have really flaky or sensitive skin as the paste is granular. Highly recommend this brand for safe DIY skincare flower powders and herbs

🧴Chemical peels or serums: Pls don’t use these on broken or wounded skin. Always apply only at night. Don’t overuse. I prefer @theordinary glycolic toning solution .

🧴AHA or Retinol body lotions: Safe to be sued 4 times a week. % of actives is low. Personally they’ve given me amazing results wrt ingrown hair, tan removal and even dry elbows. @chemistatplay.official retinol body lotion is what I’ve been using through both winter and summer.

☀️Sun protection: Is the BEST way to not let the tan worsen

You don’t have to employ the first 4 ways ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

And if your body has natural pigmentation, it’s okayyyyyy y’all, most Indian skin has it so pls don’t try to scrub it off 🫣 use the above methods with realistic expectations of achieving healthy and radiant skin, not whitened skin ♥️
