It is the time for the Christmas holiday to be celebrated with joy and for Minji and Jun to learn the meaning of why we shop for our friends and family and being thankful to be here. I want to teach them that we should be grateful for what we already have, and when gratitude is taught, we learn to express appreciation and thanks for the good things in our lives. Gratitude also goes much deeper than just saying please and thank-you. It’s a mindset where we can celebrate the present. It dispels all the negative emotions, builds more resilience, and cultivates a higher sense of self-worth. Minji and Jun will be starting young to understand what it means to be grateful and buy gifts for the ones we love.
