Mediterranean Diet 🍋 What I Eat in a Day
It's another Mediterranean diet inspired what I eat in a day vlog! Mediterranean meals are full of bright colorful fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, low glycemic carbohydrates, and clean proteins. Eating these anti-inflammatory meals regularly is not only heart healthy, but good for your whole body. Mediterranean diets vary from country to country and region to region. This video is based on my own research and Mediterranean cookbooks I have. This video is also great if you're pescatarian as all the recipes are mostly plant-based with one fish recipe.
