I gave this session a go on Sunday, ahead of teaching it Monday, and completely under estimated it.

The aim of the workout is to try and achieve 30 points; the way you do that is by achieving the allocated rep target for each of the exercises (shown in brackets below) - there are 10 in total:

1) Frog crunches (40)
2) Wide mountain climbers (35)
3) Burpees (15)
4) Squat jacks (35)
5) Spiderman low position touches (40)
6) Alternating curtsy lunge (20)
7) Lateral shoot throughs (30)
8) Heel touch (80)
9) Prisoner squats (35)
10) A steps (65)

It's 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off and you repeat that 3 times, hence the name 3Peat.

Take a 2 minute rest between rounds.
