2 green chilies (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp sesame seeds (roasted and ground)
1 tbsp mustard oil
Salt & lemon juice to taste
🔥 Cooking Process:
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix mustard oil, yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) to let the flavors soak deep into the meat.
Step 2: Roast the Chicken
