🌙 REST WITH THE SHEPHERD | Catholic Evening Prayer (May 3, 2026)

As this day comes to its close, we place everything into the hands of Christ—the Good Shepherd who leads us, watches over us, and gives us rest.

📖 “The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I shall want.” — Psalm 23:1
📖 “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.” — John 14:6
📖 “He has offered one single sacrifice… and taken His place at the right hand of God.” — Hebrews 10:12

🙏 In this evening prayer, we lift up:
• Surrender of today’s burdens and worries
• Peaceful rest and protection through the night
• Trust in Christ who leads us to the Father
• Healing for weary hearts and anxious minds
• Peace in the world, especially in the Middle East
• Children suffering from incurable illnesses
• A return to the Holy Eucharist
• Personal intentions from our prayer community
