This pickle is called white pickle or yellow pickle since no red chilli powder is used like any other pickle.
With just few ingredients this pickle can be prepared.

Ingredients:

Lemon
Rock salt
Turmeric
Hing
Fenugreek seeds
Cumin seeds
Bird eye chilli dried/ fresh
Cooking oil
Mustard seeds
Sugar to taste

You can use any green chilli instead of making paste or powder add directly to lemon.

For flavors you can add ginger also.

Shelf life is more than 6 months.
