Is Actress Diane Farr Really Italian American? Diane is a film, television, and stage actress, producer, and author born on September 7, 1969, in Manhattan, New York, U.S. At age 19, she was crowned "Miss New York," making her the youngest person to win the title at the time. Her Dad is of Irish descent, and her mother is of Italian descent, so yes, she is Italian American. Diane’s maternal grandfather was William James Mancuso, the son of Vincenzo Mancuso and Mildred Doino. William was born in New York, to Italian parents. Mildred was the daughter of Vito Antonio Doino and Rosa Maria “Rose” Margiotta, who were from Bella, province of Potenza, Basilicata, Italy. She was married to Seung Yong Chung from June 24, 2006 until they divorced in 2017. She has 3 children, a son named Beckett Mancuso Chung (born 2007), and twin daughters named Coco Trinity Chung and Sawyer Lucia Chung (born 2008). Her acting debut was as Lisa in the film "Divorced White Male" in 1998. Prior to this, she was well-known as the female co-host of the MTV talk show Loveline in the mid-1990s. She has appeared in about 16 films and over 30 television shows. Her 3 best known acting roles are as FBI Agent Megan Reeves in the crime drama "Numb3rs" (2005–2008), as firefighter Laura Miles in the dark comedy-drama "Rescue Me" (2004–2005), and as Division Chief Sharon Leone in the drama "Fire Country" (2022–present).
