Milling Machine Repair: 3D Printing Useful Parts

Continuing the Dyna Myte 2800 milling machine repair with some 3D printed parts this week. I modified the DMM AC spindle motor adapter plate design and reprinted it, making use of heat set threaded inserts for mounting the spindle motor cover. Then I recreated the missing cover for the Z axis stepper motor. Finally, I designed and printed a splice to repair a break in an otherwise good piece of flexible conduit.
