Rust Encapsulator Paint Test: Can it tackle 50 years of rust?

This week I shift my attention to the rust on our vintage carnival ride restoration project. I test Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator on the trailer frame to see if it can take on 50 years of rust. Of course, we won't know the true results of this rust encapsulator test for several years, so I share the application process and my observations. Hopefully a few years down the road we can do a follow up and see how it is holding up.
