EASY Misua Soup with Quail Eggs | ANG SARAP GRABE

Misua soup is traditionally a very simple dish. This is is made with dugo ng baboy but since I'm not in the Philippines i used quail eggs.

Ingredients
10 quail eggs, boiled
2 tablespoon oil
2 thumb size ginger, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small carrot, small cubes
1 cup upo, small pieces
2 tabLespoon hibe (dried small shrimp)
1 chicken bouillon
1 liter water
2 bundle misua
salt and pepper
