Temple Style Coconut Rice | కొబ్బరన్నం | Kobbari Annam in Telugu

Temple Style Coconut Rice is a spiced South Indian rice variation made with fresh grated coconut, lentils, herbs, and spices. This nutty and mild rice based dish is called Thengai Sadam in Tamil language and in Telugu we call it as Kobbari Annam. The coconut rice recipe is both vegan and gluten-free.
