This morning when I woke up, I asked myself: What would bring me joy today? What sounds fun to me? Whether that's climbing a tree or playing dress up or playing around on an instrument...I think we often times rely on external sources to tell us how to be happy. We are told to read this book, or do this morning ritual..but we really have to be the ones that hype ourselves up. You know when you're around little kids and they're bored or sad, and you just come up with one imaginative idea like 'hey, let's build a fort' or 'hey, let's have. a dance party', and their eyes light up because suddenly possibilities open up for them. Well, we kind of have to do that to ourselves....
Hello angels! Welcome to the last vlog from my vacation in Florida (over a month ago). I really hope it can give you some joy or make you laugh a little (and take your mind off of what's going on). I take you around to art museums, hang out with my family, bake cookies and above all, reflect upon life (as you'll see). I hope you enjoy it!
