16 Oz Cooked Rotini pasta
12 pcs Jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 large zucchini , cut 1/4 inch lengthwise
1.5- 2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
salt & pepper to taste
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 medium onion ,chopped
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp dried or fresh parsley
