Truth Reveal: Old GPS Signals Are Measuring Hurricanes

Truth reveal: some satellites do not need cameras to map storms or soil moisture. They listen for ordinary GPS and navigation signals bouncing off Earth, then turn those reflections into data on ocean roughness, floodwater, or ground wetness.
