Leaving Thailand... What Will Your Last Meal Be?! (Our Seafood Feast in PHUKET)

Phuket is a place well-deserving of both local and international fame, for its beauty, and also for its seafood! HERE is a lunch worth sharing, with my dad, with my whole family, and with YOU!

At the beginning of this month, Li and I said "See You Later!" to my parents (we have enjoyed living together in Thailand now for several years). Although we do and will miss them a lot, it is another reminder of the blessings we enjoy each day - its an honor to be able to pass on and hopefully inspire you with some of these as well!

We were lucky to be able to go on one more weekend trip with them, and Phuket has grown to become a favorite in recent years. Phuket also has an international airport by the way, but no, we flew from Chiang Mai (as did they when they flew to the USA a few days later). Like I said, its a pleasant surprise how much I enjoy visiting Phuket, I'm already looking forward to the next chance to experience the South's weather, and its food, and its fast-talking vibrantly smiling people!!
