The Latest Chateau Built in France: Trevarez , bombed during the Second World War.

The construction of the Trevarez castle was completed in 1907. It is the last "real" French Chateau built.

Among other interesting facts, it has been bombed during the Second World War, but not by the Germans...

Its restoration started when the department of Finistere bought in the end 60's.

But, as you will see in this video, the renovation of this spectacular Breton castle is not finished...

During this episode, you will discover the story of James de Kerjegu (the first owner, who built this chateau) and you will dive inside the different rooms, including the one which was bombed during the war.
