Remigration and brain gain - why it matters and what we found
The Baltic International Centre for Economic Policy Studies and the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga undertook four-year research to find out about brain gain and return migration in the Baltics. We also looked into the future: what are high school graduates' plans about leaving? These are some of the questions we sought insight about and explore in this four-part video series.
