Welcome to Real Estate News with Justin! I was so excited to talk about this upcoming new neighborhood because I really think its going to add a much needed segment of homes to the area, as Laureate Park is getting almost completely built out (for larger homes and homesites). This announcement comes at a time when people are flooding in to Orlando from outside states like New York, New Jersey, California, and more, to avoid state income tax and enjoy our sunny weather in a larger, newer home for the same money they would be spending on a condo in their current city.

I realize this price point is not obtainable for everyone but when you look at what a "luxury" home costs in Windermere, Florida by the same builder, chances are we could be seeing a little more value in these new Toll Brothers Homes in Gated Laurel Pointe Lake Nona, but you'll want to get in early to get the best pricing.
