I've been lucky enough to help relocate many families from California, New York, and other states across the country (and CANADA) recently and during my searches across town I found this beautiful brand new inventory home by Jones Homes USA in Eagle Creek, Lake Nona.

It's so rare to find such a big backyard overlooking water and golf course, and the home itself has amazing 12 foot ceilings and a huge open layout.

In this video I also talk about how Laureate Park is getting built out and the premium lots are fewer and far between- which is true- however there are a few pockets left to build on, plus the "Laureate 2" to the south which will be announced in the next year or so.

Overall its still a great time to buy a home in Orlando, as prices are expected to rise by 10.1% in 2021.
