I've made a little video of 1 second clips from our holiday in Japan, and wanted to talk realistically about what goes on behind the scenes. It was a really cool holiday, but it was by no means easy. I still had ED thoughts and guilt and temptations, but I tried to just DO IT anyway. Feel shit and do it anyway!!
