White chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients for shortcrust pastry base:
Biscuits 130 g
Butter 30-40 g
Cooking method:
1. Crush cookies in any convenient way.
2. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
3. Tamp into the shape with diameter of 14 cm and leave in a fridge.
Cheese layer ingredients:
Cottage cheese 150 g
Cream 33% 80 g (part 1)
Cream 33% 30g (part 2)
White chocolate 80 g
Cooking method:
1. Melt white chocolate together with cream (part 2), stir and cool.
2. Combine cream cheese and cold cream (part 1) together, whip until thick. Add warm chocolate and pour on shortcrust pastry base.
Chocolate glaze ingredients:
White chocolate 30g
Milk 15 g
Cooking method:
1. Melt together white chocolate and milk. Stir and make it cool.
2. Take cheesecake out of the fridge. Leave it in a baking shape and pour warm chocolate glaze on cold cheesecake.
Enjoy!
