How to Deal with Stubborn Elbow Loss of Motion
#336: Loss of range of motion after elbow surgery is common. The elbow is a very congruent and unforgiving joint.
It’s important to prevent loss of motion with early activities as much as possible. But what do you do when you have loss of mobility in the elbow?
