THIN PINK LINE

2 oz/60 ml Cognac
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lemon Juice
.3 oz/10 ml 1:1 Simple Syrup
1 Bsp/5 ml Orgeat
1 Egg White
2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients except the bitters into a shaker tin.
2. Shake without ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
4. Fine strain into a coupe.
5. Float the bitters with a spoon.
3. Pour the grenadine on top.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
