Heyyyy! It's been a while! Excited to be back! I will be throwing up content weekly again!

So many people have asked about our travel experience during our recent trip to the Four Seasons Los Cabos.

I definitely encourage everyone to be safe and follow CDC guidelines. I had an infectious disease fellowship while I was a student at Columbia, and I was a public health professor for nearly a decade...so I am passionate about health, and I take all recommendations very seriously...and I believe everyone should!

I am sharing about the precautions we took and what we did while in Mexico - including the beautiful private dinner that Kofi surprised me with! We have also done a couple of simple road trips that I discuss briefly here. My goal is to help people think through if and how they can travel safely during this time! Be safe! Thanks for watching!
