ESO - Torc Of The Last Ayleid King Vampire RP-Build

Torc of the Last Ayleid King is one of the many Mythic items in Elder Scrolls Online. It reduces Damage taken, gives a boost to Damage done, and disables all other Armor Set Bonuses. This is often used in PvP, but I wanted to see how it works in PvE. For a Vampire Immersion Build.
